Profile

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their Naples, FL office with 15+ years of experience in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent research and writing abilities, extensive experience arguing motions, and trial experience. Experience with construction defects is preferred.

Duties:

• Handle commercial litigation cases
• Manage files and supervise client contact
• Lead commercial cases
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness
• Pay exceptional attention to detail
• Provide outstanding customer/client service

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 15+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Extensive experience arguing motions and trial experience
• Demonstrated business development experience
• Portable book of business with growth potential
• Ability to manage files and supervise client contact
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Outstanding customer/client service skills
