The ideal candidate will have litigation experience and will manage a litigation caseload representing clients in various insurance defense claims. Duties:

• Manage a litigation caseload involving insurance defense claims.
• Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to insurance defense cases.

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance defense matters.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of mandatory Insurance Defense experience.
• Litigation experience is required.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Michigan.
