Duties:

• Handle all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through final resolution

• Oversee case management, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trials

• Collaborate closely with support staff, including paralegals, to streamline legal workflows

• Maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory updates relevant to commercial disputes

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through proactive communication

• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the litigation practice through quality representation

• Engage in business development activities to expand the client base and service offerings

• Represent the firm professionally at conferences, networking events, and client meetings

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida

• At least 2 years of experience handling commercial litigation matters

• Strong analytical skills with a firm understanding of litigation strategy and procedural rules

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in both independent and collaborative legal settings

• A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
