Summary

Waller is expanding the depth of our national finance practice and actively searching for elite attorneys with 3-6 years of experience. Advising both lenders and borrowers on a range of transactional finance matters with a specific focus on the healthcare industry, ideal candidates will have extensive experience in negotiating, drafting and managing complex real estate financing transactions, including specific expertise in real estate finance, asset based lending, secured lending, leveraged finance, healthcare finance and/or related niche areas of commercial finance.

Our finance department represents a variety of lenders, from specialty and alternative lenders to banks and private equity funds, and borrowers across the healthcare and long term care and senior care spectrum as well as other key industries. Tremendous opportunities to advance towards partnership and work with industry and practice leaders to grow a national client base. Qualified candidates will have excellent academics and interest in residing in either our Austin, Birmingham, Chattanooga, or Nashville offices.
