Duties

• Provide high-quality legal representation throughout all phases of each case.
• Manage an active caseload while maintaining strong communication with clients.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Conduct court appearances, hearings, mediations, and interviews as applicable.
• Perform legal research and develop case strategies.
• Collaborate with support staff, paralegals, and fellow attorneys.
• Uphold the firm's standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois (or pending admission).
• Ability to manage cases and communicate clearly.
• Strong writing, organization, and client-relation skills.
• 2-5+ years experience in chosen practice area preferred.
• Spanish-speaking preferred, especially for immigration and family law.
• Litigation or courtroom experience preferred.
• Experience with diverse or high-volume casework preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois (or pending admission).
