Duties

• Manage and oversee judgment collection cases from initiation through resolution, including garnishments and levies.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other tools to support case strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in labor law, collections, judgment enforcement, or related litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the CPLR and state enforcement procedures.
• Active bar admission in New York; New Jersey admission is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a big plus.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in New York.

Skills

• Extensive experience in litigation and legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Strong negotiation skills for settlements or payment arrangements.
• Proficiency in drafting precise legal documents.
