Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, specifically on the plaintiff's side.
• Conduct thorough investigations into clients' claims, gathering evidence, and assessing the viability of cases.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Prepare and present cases for trial, including conducting depositions, engaging in pre-trial motions, and examining witnesses.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing personal injury law, preferably on the plaintiff's side.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, including statutes, case law, and legal precedents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff.
