• Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing defense plans and status reports

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the states of Georgia and New York
• 3-5 years of civil defense litigation experience

Skills

• Superior communication, writing, and research skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in legal research and litigation software

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Georgia and New York
