Location:

• Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Duties:

• Review case files and develop litigation and trial strategies

• Conduct extensive legal research and motion practice

• Prepare and manage personal litigation calendar

• Take and defend strategic depositions of fact and expert witnesses

• Draft pleadings and manage all phases of discovery

• Promptly respond to client communications and meet the urgent demands of a trial-based practice

• Collaborate effectively with trial teams while maintaining the ability to work independently

Requirements:

• 0–5 years of litigation experience (defense litigation preferred)

• Licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey

• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a trial team environment

• Attention to detail with a track record of completing tasks efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar admissions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (required)

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent legal research abilities

• Effective written and oral communication skills

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines under pressure
