Job Overview:
A respected law firm is actively seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its Litigation Practice Group in Tampa, FL. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated legal professional with a strong academic background and proven experience handling complex litigation matters.

Location:

• Tampa, Florida

Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and memoranda

• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client advisement

• Analyze case law, legal precedents, and regulatory developments relevant to client matters

• Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation efficiently

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously

• Excellent organizational and case management capabilities

• Top 25% class rank preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing
