Duties

• Develop case strategies and prepare for trial, mediation, and arbitration sessions with minimal supervision

• Draft and file all necessary litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses

• Conduct pre-trial investigations, coordinate factual research, and assemble evidence packages for hearings

• Serve as lead advocate in courtroom proceedings, presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and zealously defending client interests

• Guide less experienced attorneys and paralegals through case preparation tasks, providing mentorship and oversight

• Maintain regular communication with clients to outline case developments, advise on legal options, and manage expectations

• Update case files and track deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules and procedural timelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of post-bar litigation experience, with demonstrable exposure to trial, mediation, and arbitration settings

• Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload independently while collaborating with a remote legal team

• Exceptional oral advocacy skills and comfort presenting in both virtual and in-person forums

• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail, ensuring all filings and discovery obligations are met promptly

Education
