• Draft Employee Benefit documents ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stay informed about changes in Employee Benefit laws and conduct legal research.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for efficient administration.
• Advise and communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and legal strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in Employee Benefits and ERISA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and ERISA principles.
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate Degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in Kansas.
