• Engage in bid protests, claims litigation, and investigations related to the False Claims Act.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide counsel on government contract regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in federal government contract matters.
• Experience in matters related to federal government contracts.
• Knowledge of contract compliance counseling, bid protests, claims litigation, and False Claims Act investigations.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active Bar license in the state.
