Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate to join the Real Estate and Finance department in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will develop expertise in complex business, real estate, and asset-based finance transactions, as well as real estate development and leasing. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative environment.

Duties

• Draft financial documents
• Review and manage real estate-related due diligence
• Review leasing and purchase/sale documentation

Requirements

• Currently admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted within one year
• Experience in real estate or corporate finance transactional matters preferred
• Excellent academic record preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Active bar license in Nebraska or eligibility for admission within one year
