Duties

• Conduct discovery, take depositions, and prepare for trial.
• Draft reports, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
• Prepare files for settlement and trial independently.
• Attend court hearings and travel as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in General Liability and Personal Injury defense.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and motions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of public entity law is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
