CANDIDATE

We seek an associate with a minimum of two years’ experience to join our three attorney Napa Valley firm.

We are looking for an individual who is:

* a self-starter.

* a quick learner.

* detail-oriented with a desire to have immediate exposure to all level of cases.

* able to skillfully analyze subject matter.

* able to build and manage client relationships.

* able to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

* able to demonstrate a mastery of writing and communication skills.

* within a short period of time from hiring, feel comfortable becoming solely responsible for certain cases with appropriate guidance and supervision.

POSITION

Full-time

Hybrid, but primarily in office (located in Napa, CA)

$85,000-$120,000 depending on experience

Life balance, with hard work when needed, but annual hourly goal of 1,300

Partner track without buy-in
