A prominent law firm is seeking an associate attorney with 3–5 years of experience in employment and labor law to join its growing practice in Parsippany, NJ. This role involves handling a wide variety of labor and employment matters, from litigation and agency proceedings to internal counseling and policy development. Location:

• Parsippany, New Jersey

Duties:

• Represent employers in employment-related litigation in state and federal courts

• Handle cases before administrative agencies, including the EEOC and NLRB

• Participate in labor arbitrations and grievance proceedings

• Advise employers on a range of labor and employment law issues

• Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and policies

• Conduct internal investigations into workplace complaints

• Provide legal counsel on compliance with wage and hour laws, discrimination statutes, and labor relations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience practicing employment and labor law

• Proficiency in litigation, legal research, and client advisement

• Experience with claims involving discrimination, contract disputes, and wage/hour violations preferred

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team

• Active admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing (CT and NY Bar admissions are a plus)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active New Jersey Bar license required

• Additional admissions (CT, NY) are advantageous
