Duties

• Manage case files actively and efficiently.
• Conduct depositions and appear in court.
• Engage in trial proceedings.
• Handle trucking and transportation litigation.
• Participate in general insurance defense and premises liability cases.
• Address construction and construction defect matters.
• Manage product liability and condo association litigation.
• Focus on fraud-related insurance matters.

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation experience in Georgia.
• Active Georgia Bar admission.
• Preferred experience in insurance defense or trucking litigation.
• Deposition experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, writing, and courtroom skills.
• Comfortable in a client-facing, data-driven environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
