Duties

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on healthcare regulations and legal issues.
- Knowledge of key healthcare laws and regulations, such as HIPAA, ERISA, and the ACA.
- Experience with medical malpractice, litigation, health insurance provider and hospital claims, or employment law is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.

- Proficiency in using legal software, including Clio and Westlaw.
