Location:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis across a variety of case topics

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements

• Assist in all phases of case preparation and litigation management

• Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings

• Negotiate settlements and draft related agreements

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on an ongoing basis

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in the state of Tennessee

• Proficiency in legal research using platforms like Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal documentation

• Prior litigation experience preferred

• Familiarity with legal administrative responsibilities is a plus

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Tennessee (required)
