Assistant Public Defender, Part Time

The candidate should have Pennsylvania Bar license. Experience preferred. Job responsibilities may include preliminary hearings, county parole and probation violation hearings, plea and sentencing, motions court, ARD court, jury and non-jury trials, state revocation hearings and all appeals to Commonwealth or Superior Court, juvenile proceedings and mental health involuntary commitments.
