Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including arguing motions and participating in hearings.
• Take and defend depositions of key witnesses and experts.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates and legal staff.

Requirements:

• Senior associate with significant years of experience in wage and hour, class, and collective actions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
