Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and complex legal documents.
• Perform intense legal research and case strategy assessments.
• Assist in preparation for depositions and hearings.
• Defend client depositions and argue motions.
• Demonstrate effective case management.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-7 years of litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Mass tort and/or products liability experience on behalf of plaintiffs preferred.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
