Duties

• Manage all phases of construction litigation.
• Lead depositions of plaintiffs and expert witnesses.
• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings.
• Prepare and argue motions.
• Independently manage case files.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in construction defect litigation.
• Comfortable with drafting and responding to legal documents.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases.
• Second chair trial experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
