Duties

• Take and defend depositions of witnesses, experts, and parties.
• Draft legal motions, discovery responses, and trial documents.
• Conduct medical record reviews and collaborate with expert witnesses.
• Build strong case strategies to support client defense.

Requirements

• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Nursing Home defense and/or Medical Malpractice defense experience preferred.
• Proficient in West Law and Microsoft Office products.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Effective communicator with team members, clients, and the judiciary.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed member of the Florida Bar.
