• Represent national banks, mortgage servicing companies, and trust businesses in consumer class actions.
• Handle consumer protection matters under various federal acts.
• Engage in securities and complex class action litigation.
• Collaborate with client, business, and legal teams effectively.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with consumer class actions and protection matters.
• Clerkship experience is a plus.
• Strong academic record and excellent communication skills.
• Virginia Bar membership is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Virginia Bar.
