Duties:

  • Handle motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, class certification motions, writs, and appeals in both state and federal courts.
  • Manage case files, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
  • Assist in trial preparation and represent the firm in court appearances.
  • Successfully argue motions and participate in taking and defending depositions.
  • Utilize strategic and analytical thinking to provide effective legal counsel.
  • Accept significant responsibility and efficiently manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in litigation practice.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar.
  • Active involvement in community and professional organizations for ongoing professional development.
  • Strong academic background with a focus on legal research and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in trial preparation and court appearances.
