The candidate will be responsible for Office management, administrative support, assisting in commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing, drafting/editing documents as needed. Coordinating title reports, pzr's and responses to opposing counsel. Managing and updating attorney calendars, handling originals documents. Assisting in drafting and modifying lease documents. Working with title companies and property managers to clear title when required. Coordinating between attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and a third party. Ordering Title Reports, PZRs, and updated Surveys and reviewing same. Drafting and sending title objection letters prior to due diligence expiry and responses to same depending on nature of transaction. Updating internal firm matter list and setting reminders of dealines for attorneys. Preparing and sending out closing CDs. Answering and directing phone calls.
