The candidate should have 2+ years of experience to assist our team in patent preparation/prosecution, drafting patent opinions, IP diligence, and strategic IP business counseling. Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a graduate-level degree in Chemistry or Biology. Must possess outstanding academic credentials, excellent writing, and advocacy skills to effectively communicate with inventors, clients, examiners, and Nyemaster IP Law team members, and a motivation to deliver high-quality work on schedule to clients.
