• Analyze title and survey matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in real estate and commercial mortgage lending.
• Strong academic background.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Eligible for waiver into Iowa or willing to sit for the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law.

Skills

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Proficiency in handling construction and permanent financings.
