A law firm in Pennington, NJ, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Junior Partner with a pre-established book of business. The ideal candidate should reside within 20 miles of Pennington and will be responsible for contributing to the firm's corporate practice.

Duties:

• Manage and expand a book of business in the corporate sector.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and corporate governance.
• Collaborate with senior partners to develop and implement strategic plans for the corporate practice.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Proven experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and corporate governance.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a book of business.
