Duties:
- Represent clients in a variety of legal matters, including litigation and business transactions.
- Handle legal tasks related to oil and gas, tax law, and contract disputes.
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and other agreements.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in various sectors.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to prepare for hearings, trials, and negotiations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in building client relationships.
Requirements:
- Admission to the Louisiana State Bar or eligibility to sit for the Bar exam.
- Proven experience or strong academic background in litigation, business law, or related fields.

- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
