A law firm seeks an entry level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join their team in Seattle, WA. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

Duties

• Engage in intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation.
• Participate in IP licensing and handle issues related to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• Collaborate on technology transactions and IP commercial agreements.
• Contribute to the prosecution process and address unfair competition issues.

Requirements

• Interest in IP litigation and a desire to practice in Seattle.
• Experience in professional work, IP or tech law school organizations, law review, mock trial, or moot court.
• Strong academic record with excellent legal analysis and writing skills.
• Eligibility to sit for the Oregon or Washington state bar exam by July 2026.
• Patent Bar eligibility is encouraged but not required.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school before July 2026.

• Eligibility to sit for the Oregon or Washington state bar exam.
