Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial or settlement.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlements.
• Prepare cases for trial, including jury instructions and witness preparation.
• Develop case strategies and evaluate case value.
• Support the trial team in high-stakes and complex injury cases.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Florida (required).
• 2-7 years of civil litigation experience, with personal injury strongly preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Confident oral advocate with courtroom experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Compassion for injured clients and commitment to excellent client service.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
