Duties:

• Conduct initial consultations and effectively convert prospects into clients

• Design comprehensive estate plans tailored to individual client goals and circumstances

• Advise on elder law issues, including Medicaid planning and asset protection strategies

• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and referral sources such as financial advisors and insurance professionals

• Contribute thought leadership through articles, blog posts, and online content

• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient and high-quality legal service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing estate planning and elder law

• Demonstrated ability to lead client consultations and close engagements

• Proven track record of developing professional relationships with external partners

• Ability to explain complex legal issues in accessible language for clients

• Strong time management and organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar

Skills:

• Estate and trust planning

Job Location:

• Includes one remote workday per week ("drafting day")
