• Engage in corporate, shareholder, and partnership disputes and dissolutions.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on complex cases.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of general commercial litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Nevada or willingness to sit for the next exam.
• Excellent references and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
