Hawthorne office of our client seeks general liability defense/coverage associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience in defense of New York Labor Law, property damage, premises liability and construction defect or medical malpractice litigation and nursing home. The candidate will handle and manage, with Partner oversight, all phases of litigation, with a caseload of 25 or more litigation matters. Will draft motions, discovery demands and responses. Handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should be admitted to practice in New York.
