Profile

Dinsmore is looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to assist with the coordination of both virtual and live events, conferences and sponsorships. The Event Assistant will provide support to the event team by helping perform all functions related to the execution of an event as well as post-event reporting to evaluate success. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, handling production of onsite resources and signage, technical coordination for virtual events, tracking and reporting on attendance, vendor management, collateral management, event promotion on Dinsmore.com and purchasing for branded promotional material.

Qualifications & Related Skills

Education

BA Degree (four year college or university)

Experience

Minimum of three years marketing and/or event planning experience

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; InterAction experience is a plus

Experience working with virtual platform technology; WebEx or GoTo Meeting is a plus

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Flexibility and creativity to respond productively to individualized needs of attorneys; work well with the attorneys and staff; and react to difficult situations appropriately

Ability to take direction while managing multiple and shifting priorities and projects

Excellent attention to detail and follow through

Ability to work both independently and as a team player

Self-directed; ability to complete quality work with minimal direction and oversight
