Duties

• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy.
• Communicate with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Manage multiple cases across state and federal courts.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in premises liability, products liability, or personal injury.
• Ability to handle multiple matters independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with trial preparation, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
