Duties

• Represent clients in high-stakes patent disputes.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Manage litigation processes and timelines.
• Provide client counseling and support.

Requirements

• Experience in life sciences patent litigation.
• Familiarity with Hatch-Waxman and Biologics litigation.
• Experience representing pharmaceutical companies.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
