Must have experience handling various commercial restate maters: entity formation, conveyances, title review, foreclosures, boundary disputes, lease review/drafting. Engaging in direct client communication, thinking creatively, working with different practice groups, and handling the varied aspects of trial work at all stages. While landlord-tenant experience is helpful.
