Contracts Manager
Duties: Draft, revise, review and negotiate standard and complex contracts agreements including but not limited to Master Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Nondisclosure Agreements, Subscription Agreements and Marketing Agreements. Review and respond to legal portions of RFPs, RFIs and other solicitation documents. Assist with vendor contracts and maintenance of corporate records. Review, approve and train on contractual documentation in order to adhere to company policy and protect company’s contractual posture. Advise management and executives on contractual terms, conditions, rights and obligations. Provide interpretation of legal terms and conditions. Prepare amendments to Master Agreements and conduct contractual reviews and renegotiation. Guide colleagues and management through the various stages of the contract process, which includes driving planning, collaboration, contractual strategy, negotiation, execution and storage of documents. Participate in or drive special initiatives geared toward updating and streamlining contracting processes as well as fulfilling departmental objectives.
