Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-senior level digital health/regulatory associate to join its Health Care Practice Group in New York City, NY. The role involves supporting the national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, with the option to be based in Tampa or other specified offices.

Duties

• Provide legal support to health care-focused clients.
• Draft and manage complex health care regulatory and transactional matters.
• Collaborate with clients from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
• Mentor junior associates and engage with senior partners.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience (up to 8 years considered).
• Experience with telemedicine or digital health companies preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
