Duties

• Manage and litigate a high-volume caseload of default servicing matters.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to paralegals and legal assistants.
• Engage directly with clients to build long-term, trusted relationships.

Requirements

• Actively licensed in Florida.
• 4-6 years of experience in real estate, title, or related field.
• Experience in litigation is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to travel throughout Florida as needed.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership.
