Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a highly qualified Litigation Associate with 3 to 4 years of experience to join its San Francisco office. This position offers the opportunity to litigate, manage, and try complex matters across various practice areas within a dynamic and collaborative litigation group. The successful candidate will take on a hands-on role in active litigation matters while working closely with experienced partners and associates in a supportive environment. The practice encompasses a broad array of industries and legal issues, including antitrust, construction, insurance recovery, employment, product liability, white collar investigations, higher education, and general commercial litigation.
Location:

Duties:
Manage and litigate complex cases from inception through trial
Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with legal teams
Conduct fact investigations, draft pleadings and motions, and oversee discovery
Participate in pretrial, trial, and post-trial activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Contribute to business development and practice growth
Requirements:
3 to 4 years of litigation experience at a mid-sized or large law firm
Demonstrated ability to manage litigation workflows and contribute to case strategy
Strong track record handling a variety of litigation types (e.g., commercial, antitrust, white collar, employment, etc.)
Commitment to high-quality legal work and client service
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Certifications:
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
Skills:

Strong research and analytical abilities
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
Sound judgment and decision-making skills
