Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a highly qualified Litigation Associate with 3 to 4 years of experience to join its San Francisco office. This position offers the opportunity to litigate, manage, and try complex matters across various practice areas within a dynamic and collaborative litigation group. The successful candidate will take on a hands-on role in active litigation matters while working closely with experienced partners and associates in a supportive environment. The practice encompasses a broad array of industries and legal issues, including antitrust, construction, insurance recovery, employment, product liability, white collar investigations, higher education, and general commercial litigation.

Location:

• San Francisco, California

Duties:

• Manage and litigate complex cases from inception through trial

• Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with legal teams

• Conduct fact investigations, draft pleadings and motions, and oversee discovery

• Participate in pretrial, trial, and post-trial activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Contribute to business development and practice growth

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of litigation experience at a mid-sized or large law firm

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation workflows and contribute to case strategy

• Strong track record handling a variety of litigation types (e.g., commercial, antitrust, white collar, employment, etc.)

• Commitment to high-quality legal work and client service

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
