Duties

• Manage all stages of litigation from fact investigation to trial.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the CA or NV State Bar.
• Strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and write about legal issues effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Active CA or NV Bar license in good standing.

Skills

• Interest in civil litigation, appellate, and/or transactional practice.
• Strong writing, case analysis, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
