Duties

• Handle legal proceedings and represent clients in court.
• Draft and file motions and legal documents.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for trials.
• Gather evidence and research case law.
• Develop strategies to support client interests.

Requirements

• Florida bar license.
• 3-5 years of legal experience.
• Experience in healthcare, business litigation, and/or commercial/complex litigation preferred.
• Familiarity with court processes and procedures.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with trial preparation is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida bar license.
