Duties

• Advise clients on estate planning and tax strategies.
• Draft wills, trusts, and shareholder agreements.
• Quantify tax impacts and prepare plan structure flow charts.
• Manage estate and trust administration processes.
• Develop and maintain client and referral relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in trusts and estates practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience in corporate and transactional work preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• License to practice law in Florida preferred.
• LLM in Taxation highly regarded.
