A reputable law firm located in Warrendale, PA, is currently seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its team of legal professionals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in domestic relations, including divorce, custody, adoption, and support. Duties:

• Represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, custody, adoption, and support.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on family-related legal issues.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and petitions.
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements.
• Handle trials at the common pleas level and superior court.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Collaborate with the firm’s legal team and support staff to provide high-quality service.
• Take part in professional development and continuing education.
• Optionally assist with estate administration cases to diversify daily tasks.

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven experience in family law, including divorce, custody, adoption, and child support.
• Strong trial experience at the common pleas and superior court levels.
• A proactive approach to client service and case management.
• Experience in handling a high volume of cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Bar license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Skills:

• Expertise in family law matters.
• Trial and litigation skills.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Ability to draft complex legal documents and agreements.
• Familiarity with estate administration (optional but preferred).
• Client relationship management.
• Ability to handle sensitive and emotional cases with professionalism.
