Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Conduct focused legal research and draft memoranda.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates and guidance.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
• Strong advocacy skills and ability to lead discovery.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
